Care has been taken to furnish the House in a traditional and comfortable style and there is central heating throughout the building.  The accommodation is made up of the following:

Ground Floor
Entrance Hall and seating area, with payphone, Dining Room with open fire and twenty-foot dining table seating twenty-two.  Billiard Room.  Large Sitting Room with open fire, colour TV satellite and video.  Children's play room.  Fitness room.  Swimming Pool.  Large, well equipped Kitchen with Aga cooker, electric cookers, microwave, deep fat fryer, dishwashers, fridge, freezer, auto washer/drier with table and seating area.  One Twin Bedded Room.  Bathroom and extra separate WC

First Floor
Drawing Room with open fire, Hi-fi with CD Player, seating for twenty-two.  Three Bathrooms, two with showers.  Viewing Gallery and access to Swimming Pool.  Two twin Bedrooms.  Three double bedrooms with mahogany four poster beds.

Second Floor
Two double Bedrooms with pine four poster beds.  Three twin Bedrooms.  One Shower-room.  One Bathroom with shower.  One separate WC

External
The gardens surrounding the house contain many species of rhododendron and trees, some over 100 years old.  There is a patio with barbecue and a separate outdoor play area with swings and a slide.  Fishing is available on the two lochs, we have fishing rights on both and a boat is supplied.  Fishing for salmon and sea trout can be arranged on a daily or weekly permit basis at reasonable cost from Ardgour Estate.

Additional Information

  • There is ample car parking to the front of the property to accommodate up to forty cars.
  • Pets are accepted by prior arrangement.
  • Arrangements can be made for advance ordering of groceries and provisions - please telephone for details.
  • The nearest shop is in Clovullin approximately three quarters of a mile and consists of a general grocers, off-licence, post office, garage and tea-room.  Main shopping is in Fort William approximately nine miles.
